These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of edenandbrooks.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from it. The Site and the Eden & Brooks brand are owned and operated by Miller Mayers Private Limited (“MMPL”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India, GSTIN 27AATCM1362M1ZV, with its registered office at Off No. 301, Lalwani Icon, Off New Airport Road, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411014.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to purchase from us.
2. Products, descriptions & pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to display product colours, materials, and details as accurately as possible; slight variations may occur due to handcrafting, photography, and screen settings.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update prices and product information at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel an order — including after an order confirmation has been sent — for reasons such as stock unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where an order is cancelled and payment has already been collected, the amount will be refunded.
4. Payment
At present, Eden & Brooks offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as its payment method. Additional online payment options may be introduced in the future and will be governed by the terms of the respective payment partners.
5. Shipping, delivery, returns & cancellations
Shipping timelines, charges, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Cancellation Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.
6. Availability on third-party marketplaces
Select Eden & Brooks products are also available on quick-commerce platforms including Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart. Purchases made on those platforms are subject to the respective platform’s own terms, pricing, and policies, and not these Terms.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Eden & Brooks name, logos, product designs, illustrations (including the “Dehleez Diaries” artwork), text, and imagery — is the property of MMPL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
